Description of Services Provided: The program provides telephone, walk-in and mobile crisis intervention during routine office hours Monday through Friday. Crisis personnel will provide telephone support to persons needing to talk about an issue. Should a consumer request a face-to-face assessment, walk-in, or mobile crisis services will be arranged. A crisis worker will work with the consumer to identify the least restrictive and most appropriate level of care to address the consumer’s clinical needs. Most often consumers are referred for outpatient treatment and at times assistance is provided arranging inpatient hospital care. Please note, that only telephone support and walk in services at the Coudersport or Ridgway location are available to Cameron County residents.
Geographic area of service: Elk, Cameron, and Potter counties
Admissions Criteria: Services are provided to any person 14 years of age or older at their request. Persons under the age of 14 will receive services at the request of a parent or guardian.

How consumers pay for services:
Community Care Behavioral Health is the principal payer. Additional treatment fees beyond Crisis/Emergency Services are paid for by the individual or his/her insurance carrier.
